Nostalgia

I am fascinated by themes that prompt contemplation and create a quiet atmosphere for the viewer. My display of eight nostalgia-inspired artworks is a journey through memory and imagination. The first four paintings evoke dreamy, calming feelings, inviting viewers to reflect on childhood, the unknown, or the supernatural. In contrast, the last four paintings depict the tangible places where these memories originated. These images are darker and more impactful, offering a stark contrast to the ethereal qualities of the initial artworks. This series invites viewers on a reflective journey into our past perceptions while stimulating contemplation.
